{UAH} Northerners should not Celebrate Paul Lukech's Appointment it's aTrap

Putting two Luo men at the apex of the most brutal force in the country at elections already marred by unprecedented violence is something that should worry us all.

Lukech is a known principled officer and is regarded as a semi–God in Pader. This appointment could also be a set trap to soil his reputation.
