Dear Gen. Kayihura,

Greetings. Muraho. Hope all is well.Mwihangane.

We give Glory to God for his faithfulness, protection, provision. Take heart, God reigns. How is Angela, the children. My love and regards. I suspect president Museveni should clear your name to have peace with us.. Bafumbira. What are your sins that you committed. He is surrounded by thieves, mafias. How comes with all your sacrifices, contribution. You can be blackmailed, dumped any how???

 We deserve better as people of. Kisoro. Ijana kwijana??? Is this the rewards.

History has exonorated you. Police and mafias recently killed 100 Ugandans, most of them innocent partly due to failed Leadership, selfishness, evils in the Land. The quarrels were mainly between Bob Wine Kyagulanyi and president Museveni. I imagine the good men Gen. David Muhozi, Gen. Sabiti, Ochola must be disssapointed with this impunity and dirty politics. The role of police is clear but as usual subverted for bad intentions. One of your tormentors Tumukunde is campaigning with a mantra Renewed Uganda. It is possible may he is a changed man? Time will tell.

As you have had President will visit Kisoro next week. I imagine you will dream about your honeymoon with him...the good old days. Among the things he will promise again is the famous University named after your Heroic Father JKK...then the Tea scam/project, OWC, ...wealth creation?, The Youth and Women Sacco's???...emyuga??! Jobs???..the famous Tourism roads.

The Leadership in Bufumbira,Kisoro as usual is divided, confused, greedy, disorganized. They keep shifting blame. When shall we focus on the good of Bufumbira

If I was Museveni among other things on my Kisoro visit, I would announce your total release, drop all charges, clear you of any accusations and promise the Bafumbira your new posting, appointment. I would carry bags of money and tell the Mighty Edith Nakalema to pay outstanding amount of money to Tea farmers not the usual mafias. I would announce the launch, commencement of the University beginning January.   I would clear the Congo roads to begin immediately both the one through Bunagana to Goma and one through Busanza hills, Bufumbira North, Mupaka, Rutsuro to Goma. It will spur Development. I would promote Brig. Michael Kabango to Major General. Promise two Ministers in the next regime in case it won't be Gen. Muntu who will have won the Presidency, Gen Muntu enegima wilwould also give two Ministers. I would extend an olive branch to our neighbor Kagame to open boarders. Announce realignment of Naads, OWC operations, fire the RDC Peter Mugisha for being part of bad blood in Kisoro. Gross over the question of flag bearer and Independent candidate. Let people choose Leaders they deserve, who will deliver. I would thank veteran Dr. Philemon Mateke for his contribution, service to Bafumbira and Uganda, wish him well in the evenings of his life as he retires. I would appoint Mzee Bucyanayanndi Tracy, Rev. Canon Mbitse

,  Rev.Fr. Safari Emmanuel as part of my advisors on Bufumbira, Kisoro affairs. Tourism, the roads deserve  due attention. Cottage industries, fruit growing should be emphasized, we can learn from Israel. The rest check on your template and yellow pad.

Gen. Kale, recently while burrrying in Gisorora Nyakabande, I asked Ken how you are doing, he told you are well. We thank God. Few months ago I asked Aunt she told me you are okay. They refused to give me your phone number. It is understandable. I missed you when you went to burry in Sembabule and Fort Portal. Hope to bump into you or someone will bring me to your farm or MUYENGA HOME. I still  have part of my draft of our book...a remarkable Journey of Gen Kayihura or perhaps now will change the Title to Mixed Legacy.???? I know you fear, you don't a book written about you. The king may not be happy. Why don't get clearances from the igwe and write a book. I am sure your book will be a master piece. You can talk to Hon. Mathew Rukaikaire, he wrote one of the greatest Autobiography in Uganda over generations, centuries. I know you are brilliant, a man of letters. I can contribute my skills.

Certainly you will not like my writing to you, but since  we can't meet yet we love you, pray for you, appreciate your exploits in Life, contribution to Uganda and beyond. I can only reach you through media, your close relatives will deliver my letter and message. The Mighty President Museveni has ears every where.

Gen Kale let me also inform you, am contesting as an Independent candidate..MP Bufumbira North, Kisoro. Pray for me...Our people deserve better leadership. When I told my former workmates at Crown Beverages..Pepsi. They are praying for me. The politics of Bufumbira Kisoro, like elsewhere has barriers, challenges of finances, small bribes, colour parties,religion,ethnicity. However this Will change over time and we can't fold hands and lament. We are the change we have been waiting for. Change begins with us??? I offer to be a champion of peaceful Revolution. My passion is to see a transformed Country,Bufumbira North,Kisoro. It is achievable in our generation.

I am sorry for writing to you publically. The mentioned names, suggestions are dreams of an optimist, intercessor, evengelism, patriot, change agent, Hisorian, Leader, child of the Revolution.  In my sanctuary deep in prayer...i see Visions.I have written ten letters to Gen Museveni in 15 years, he never replies including my Naguru nakawa houses estate which he demolished, has never paid us. Will he act, react now??? It is only Hon Eriya Kategeya who responded to my letter in 2002 over the betrayal of the Revolution.

I have a dream Bufumbira, Kisoro will see God's Glory. Uganda shall rise and shine. Gen  Kayihura you will laugh again, be proud of your Country, your journey in the Military, Police, political landscape. Never give up. Even Jesus Christ was challenged although he is God. You are Diamond...you have been refined. I prophecy you are going to enjoy the rest of the evenings of your Life. Thank God for the gift of life and move on. God is going to touch the heart of your Hero Gen Museveni to remember your sweat, labours, sacrifices. God who lift you from ashes to Glory. Praise his name. He is omnipotent.

May you see God's Glory. Hope we shall meet after campaigns. Pray without ceasing.  Keep praying for police, security, EC, and Uganda so that we have peaceful elections???.  Psalms 121.
