As you can see, sorting the mess is not a problem as there are many Ugandans ready to do quality assurance. 

Annet welcome aboard, some of the views you mentioned are in my blueprint. We shall sit to discuss with others to hammer out the best practices to clean up the mess. 

Please continue to brainstorm (SMART) goals - with colleagues and the local population how they want various issues addressed, you have to be ready to take up responsibility any time the opportunity arises. Recruit more members to the team " Clean Up MM (Clean Up Museveni Mess)

Mao does not need to warry. Ugadans are ready to  take back their country and develop it properly. 

M7 and family with close associates must be cleaned and asked to apologise and pay back the money wasted and time for ugandans during their 35 years of brutality.
