With the kind of election rigging that has been taking place in Uganda as reported upon by General David Tinyefunza (Ssejusa) that took place in 2006 where he says Dr. Kizza Besigye won the presidential election and also in 2016 Dr. Kizza Besigye yet again won the presidential elections. However, Museveni couldnt hand over power to him and this is true to his statement about an election and ballot papers. He tells all and sundry that he can never be removed from power by a mere ballot paper! Therefore, Museveni will never be removed from power by a ballot. He disparages elections. He says that a mere ballot paper can never get out a revolutionary person like him who is a freedom fighter that shot his way to capture power! When you add this to Museveni cotter pin analogy, you get convinced that indeed he is determined never to leave power democratically.
