BREAKING: Congress has affirmed President-elect Joe Biden's victory after riots by a pro-Trump mob at the Capitol delayed proceedings.

Joe Biden's victory in the Electoral College has been certified, after passing 270 electoral votes. Biden will be the 46th President of the United States of America.
