{UAH} EC should just declare M7 the winner instead of wasting our time and resources

1.No cameras at the polling stations. 

2. Voters should not stay at the polling stations after casting ballot.

3 journalists not cover polling exercise unless accredited 

4 Candidates' agents shall not access polling stations without COVID-19 certificate

5 No campaigns in Kampala and some other districts and court ruling deferred to Monday
