1. Write a new Constitution

2. Create federal states

3. Cap number of Cabinet and state ministers to 42.

4. Trim presidential powers through new legislation

5. Reduce number of MPs to 2 per district

6. New district to be created only after 5 years

7. Establish truth and reconciliation commission

8. Proposes a transitional government

9. Create 1 million jobs per year.

10. Provide investment capital for 1 million youth, women
