Uganda does not fail due to Museveni, it fails because the population is a failure. This writing is now from a Uganda paper, do you realize that there is just nothing there there? Absolutely nothing, well he knocked out a woman, probably that is it. What else? Read it over and over, and there is just nothing. It Is not only Paul Etyang but most of these people that keep on dropping in Uganda, are the same page. Just a bunch of firkin Dopes. And what is so frustrating is that these are the people that took most of the money our parents created. Do you think Paul Etyang's parents paid for his education? Nope my father did. And why? For he believed that if you invest into a young generation, it builds the future. A belief that Uganda current parents do not hold. Sadly to today we still have generations that throw hands out for freebies, in fact when we have moved to North America now we are demanding for free education. Which I totally oppose, for free education has always ended up wasted as Etyang's education was wasted. When someone decides to write a piece about a man with such a long track of service, and he writes not a single achievement, something in Uganda we can look at and thank Etyang for, we are screwed but large.
This is a piece that has been written when EM has passed away, except for the so many jobs that Etyang did, mine will have one company I have worked for now almost for twenty years firkin straight, that is the difference between me and firkin Etyang, the rest of this writing, just take out Etyang's name and replace it with EM, and I am good to go. And it does not change for even our population is not even demanding for any better.
To those in this city, Jack Layton happened to be a man known by very many people in this city, a simple but actually a very complex man, he abruptly passed way, and I had to write a piece about him in a community page in the city, I had to cut it short for Jack's achievements were enormous, the man on his bicycle was achieving almost everything he needed to do in life. Canada to stop separating planes into smoking and none smoking, to entirely no smoking, it was Jack Layton. I traveled very often in the early 90's for I was going to Uganda at least 3 or 4 times a year, and I had a crisis with seats, for I do not smoke but I never wanted to sit close to the line between smoking and none smoking, remember when they used to ask at your checking in if you wanted smoking or none smoking? Jack Layton blocked that, and we started to fly all flights no smoking. It was a tough battle for he faced every opposition yet Jack laughed over it and defended it. That is a firkin legacy.
Infrastructure access where all buildings and all roads, with all subway stations access to wheel chairs that was Jack Layton, it was put into law that all new buildings must be accessible, yet Jack went deeper by demanding that all old buildings must be refitted, and they were thanks to Jack Layton, today when Jack Layton is dead we have bought the new street cars the long ones, they are all accessible thanks to Jack Layton, a limb pulls out and a wheel chair rolls in and out. That change is firkin national thanks to jack Layton. The city of Vancouver buys them, the city of Ottawa buys them, Toronto buys them, firkin Nova Scotia buys them thanks to Jack Layton. No smoking in offices, in bars, in restaurants, on building entrances thanks to Jack Layton. On and on the man transformed the country, that is a firkin legacy. And do you know why I ended up respecting him? For in all those changes Jack made, we committed a street in his name, a tinny street on the Toronto jail, it is like 500 feet called The Jack Layton way. Not even many Torontonians know where it is. Thank you Jack for being a very good man !!!!!
When you end up listed with such huge number of offices where you served, with not a single firkin achievement listed, critical thinkers start to wonder what Paul Etyang actually fucked up in our country.
Is it possible that he created all the fuck up we have today? -> Just asking !!!!!!!!!

Former third Deputy Prime Minister Paul Orono Etyang has passed on at the age of 82.
Etyang died at the Kampala International Hospital where he has rushed a few days ago after falling sick.
Former Tororo Municipality Member of Parliament, Sanjay Tanna confirmed the death and described the deceased as a uniting factor in Tororo.
"Tororo has lost an icon and a uniting factor whereas the country has lost a statesman given his service to all regimes,"Tanna said.
Born in 1938 in Tororo, Etyang joined the provincial administration as a district officer in 1962 and was later transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1964 and become the second secretary to the Uganda embassy in Moscow from 1965 to 1967.
He went as a member of the Uganda Mission to the United Nations for a year before being appointed First Secretary.
His most significant appointment was when he became High Commissioner to Britain for the government of Milton Obote from June 1969 until 1971 when he was withdrawn to the Foreign Ministry in Kampala.
He became Permanent Secretary and was automatically appointed acting minister when his chief Wanume Kibedi was sent on sick leave, to resign on April 28, 1973.
Etyang was the father to flight captain Mike Etyang who recently flew Uganda's first Airbus A330- 800neo as it landed at Entebbe from Paris, France last month.
