{UAH} Gov’t to spend Shs165bn taxpayers’ money on cars for MPs – The Public Lens

Dangling the idea of cars to and other benefits to MPs some of whom might not have had any is a sure way of enlisting their support from across the parties. 

They will help in raping the constitution when the bull is on heat. What is the best way to get helpers to hold the Constitution's legs?
