{UAH} Lukwago's case dismissed!

The High Court has dismissed without merit a case in which City Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago challenged the decision by the EC to ban physical campaigns in 12 districts and cities.
The court ruled that Lukwago should have first filed his complaints with EC before running to the High Court.
