{UAH} MEET MUSEVENI'S NRA KADOGOS AND TEENAGE 'SEX MACHINES' WHO WERE USED AND ABUSED (Photos)

As Museveni prepared to launch his sectarian Bush War in 1981, he sent his children abroad including his then teenage son, Muhoozi who is now a General. The Muhima teenage boy, Andrew Kangao who sneaked into the truck that carried the so-called 27 fighters who attacked Kabamba barracks was shortly after sent back home. However, as the war progressed, male and female children were conscripted. The then Headmaster of Masulita Secondary School, now Col. Jacob Asiimwe, connived with Museveni's NRA guerrillas to abduct female teenage students who became the initial NRA sex machines. Boys as young as 10 years were conscripted and the NRA gave a lame excuse that these were orphans whose parents were allegedly killed by Obote's soldiers. Prior to the NRA relocating to the western region in 1985, all the Kadogos were male and no account was given about the female so-called orphans.

From the Liberated Zone in Western Uganda in 1985, hundreds of male children and female teenagers were conscripted. Their only form of military training was how to handle a gun before they assumed the role of escorting Commanders. It was fashionable for Commanders to be seen in the company of Kadogos and female teenage escorts. These children would not be involved in combat but were simply being used as a propaganda tool. The female teenagers became sex machines for fighters of all calibres including top Commanders. Most of them became mothers at a tender age while many others succumbed to AIDS. Those female soldiers you see around being paraded are just those who joined the NRA/UPDF in search of employment after it had captured power. The original Bush War female teenagers perished in anguish. Gen. Nalweyiso who had been the head of the Women's Wing in the Bush War cannot account for the whereabouts of people's daughters. At the time, the likes of Brig. Flavia Byekwaso were either not yet born or were comfortably attending kindergarten.

With international pressure, around 1987, teenage male combatants in the NRA were hoarded into Mbarara Barracks. The so-called Kadogo Primary School was initiated but without sufficient preparation, it was not easy for these rogue teenagers to be initiated into formal education. Commanders who were in charge of their education turned the scheme into a cash cow. Since no psychological preparation had been offered to them, the mostly drug addicted Kadogos proved a menace around Mbarara town. Consequently, many dropped out of school before completing primary school. Those who went to secondary school and later acquired higher education are less than 0.01% and were not the original NRA Bush War Kadogos but opportunistic individuals whose parents were alive and able. The living example is that of Maj. Polly Awich from Lira, David Abuga from Nebbi, Gerald Bwonya from Mbale and a few others who proceeded to Makerere University to study law yet the NRA Bush War did not affect Lira, Nebbi and Mbale. Kajabago Karusoke also pushed his son Mirindi Kajabago to the Kadogo School from where he proceeded to Makerere University. What about the Baganda Kadogos who were the genuine victims of the NRA Bush War such as the infamous Mutebi? Where are the NRA Bush War male and female Kadogos who were used and abused????

The attached shocking photos of these teenage boys and girls who were robbed of their future by Museveni's selfish designs should be a constant reminder to every citizen that the FUTURE OF YOUR CHILDREN DOESN'T MATTER to him.
