{UAH} Ngilu has called out DP William Ruto

Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu has called out DP William Ruto saying, for over 30 years he has been in politics, he has now realised he can empower the youth by buying them wheelbarrows.
Ngilu said with all the resources and connections that Ruto has, he should be building factories and connecting the youth to the international market.
