The presumptive winner #BobiWine and his wife #Barbie are now held hostage by dictator of 35 years Gen. Yoweri Museveni who receives $1 billion annually in U.S. taxpayers' money in financial and military support. 

Bobi Wine's home is surrounded by 500 soldiers, no one is allowed in or out and they've run out of food and water. U.S. support has created a Ugandan Frankenstein and yesterday dictator Museveni even bit the hand that fed him when his soldiers blocked the U.S. ambassador from visiting Bobi Wine.
