If you missed it, in todays Daily Monitor, besides commenting on Uganda's trend in the latest Global Corruption Index by Transparency International, plus offering a tried and tested solution to the plague of corruption in Africa, I also call for a global listing of the "clean" nations that are actually fostering some of the worlds worst financial crimes and corruption abroad through tax havens & politically corrupted aid for example.
