{UAH} Security bosses fail to explain random disappearance of people

The fate of the people allegedly kidnapped and detained by plain clothed armed men hangs in balance as security heads are yet to fully explain their whereabouts.

During a joint security presser by Internal Affairs Minister Jeje Odogo, IGP Martins Okoth Ochola and the CID Director, Grace Akullo,  the issue of the missing people and kidnaps was raised by journalists.

In his response, the Internal Affairs Minister General Jeje Odongo who first asked for examples of the specific kidnap incidents, said the Director CID will follow up on the issue and respond in due course.

This follows reports form sections of the public that uniformed and sometimes plain clothed armed men randomly pick up some people in numberless vehicles to unknown destinations and the victims are never presented before court.
