As Ugandans pass this election into another term, it is amazing me how changes fail to happen to that country, and it is failing for the population is doing exactly the same things it has done for ages. Coming election the very same candidates are going to show up and the noise again is going to be the removal of Yoweri Museveni, may be it is a good day to start with how to create a candidate that will be standing the next election today. You need to do two things effectively tomorrow morning if you will ever get ready for the next election.

 

Start by writing an amendment to the constitution, banning all Acholi from the presidency, thus no Acholi is allowed to create a government in Uganda. Now that is going to piss off the Mwiiri graduates, thus when you write the article make sure you put in a cut off. You are not banning them for life, but a very limited time, and I am today proposing a cut off of 500 years. It is my strong belief that in year 2521 Ugandans are going to have got enough time to prepare and train, mentally but physically to go after Acholi if they start the violence again. But it is very possible as well that in that same year, Acholi will have become civilized and dropped violence as a mean to political survival. It is a fair decision to both sides the Acholi and none Acholi.

 

Secondly, after you incorporate that article into the Uganda constitution, raise up and write a national register. Make sure that you have a name of every Ugandan registered, so that you know where they all live, what they do, and their incomes.  A national register is going to help you plan the country, the infrastructure, the job creation, it is going to help you fight crime, it is going to help you solve un solved cases, you will know how long Ugandans live and prepare your ministry of health, get path to improve the life expectancy. A national register is a single component that Uganda needs today.

 

If you have failed to fulfill the constitution amendment of blocking Acholi from politics, never ever bother to create the national register  in Uganda, for if it ever drops into their  hands, they are going to decimate all of you, for it will empower them to know who lives exactly where. That is why I went after Acholi before the national registration.    -> Smart huh !!!!!

 

When you have created the national registration, make sure that all Ugandans are registered, then create the services to those people. For a very long time, Uganda has failed to take care of her people for it trained the Mwiiri grads into taking care of none Ugandans first, Again in the government of UPC in the 60’s, the Peter Simon Okurut waived the graduated tax from all Indians that were living in Uganda. Think about that, Indians had infested Uganda like a firkin disease, they controlled 3/4s of the entire national economy, Indians were the sole buyers of all o four cash crops thus coffee and cotton, there was never Baganda buying coffee it had to be a Muyindi,  yet the Okurut’s waived the graduated tax from all of them, criminals, good people, firkin gear boxes, it never mattered, you are a Muyindi you pay no graduated tax. They turned around and taxed all Ugandans including women, those are the very same powers Acholi used on road blocks to go after my father {Wewe chiketi ya Mucholo maka tano pumbavu} A Muyindi cruises through. The Perter Simon Okurut did not only protect Indians, they are today protecting Rwandese, I am going to go deeper on the danger of Rwandese in Uganda  today.

 

We do not know how many they are, and we do not know what they produce in Uganda, is it profitable to keep them to Uganda or profitable to Rwanda? Rwandese control every part of our lives, they control the state, they control the banking sector, they control our foreign banking sector, and now they even control our forums like UAH. Let me start with what is frightening me the most about Rwandese, Dr Kiiza Besigye walked into Uganda politics claiming to be a Mukiga, when you look at all records when he was the national political Commissar Besigye called himself a Mukiga. When he moved out of the Movement and started the FDC nonsense he came out as a none Mukiga but a Muhororo. I have looked in all historical books of Uganda there is simply no tribe of Bahororo in Uganda, they are Rwandese. Rwanda has a people of the Bahororo tribe. So explain to me how Dr Kiiza Besigye ended up becoming that indebted with such power in Uganda politics. How did we reach that point of trusting him when the man is a pure Rwandese? And he is not alone out there I can go after the Muntonyeras I can go any where I want. Bottom line if you cannot identify who is who in that country you are not going to create the change you want. And to repeat the man’s quote “If you lose the control of your boarders it means you have lost the country” -> Donald J The firkin Trump.

 

When we have created a national register, when we know exactly who is who in Uganda, and stoop to identify people as “The Youths” are rampaging Kampala road, the Kibooko squad are beating up people, The Mayumba Kumi’s are arresting people on and on, then we can raise up and fight crime, build hospitals, roads for we now have the number of who needs the services. At that point yes we can allow Rwandese to legally come to our country for we will know exactly who they are, who are criminals and who have good intentions for Uganda. Yes there are very few times when you will come face to face with a Rwandese with good intention to Uganda, frank Kalimuzo was one of them. Good grief what a difference between Frank Kalimuzo and firkin Barigye  !!!!!

 

Be brave for the Mwiiri graduate are going to attack you, regard all of them as the enemy of the state until when they prove otherwise, don’t you wonder how hey protect the Rwandese by attacking fellow Ugandans? Yes Peter Simon Okurut said that they had a Rwandese as a cook in Mwiiri, yes for all Ugandans never knew how to cook. It is to prove a point, the point of Mwiiri being anti Uganda the state, did you know who they chose to lead all the Kampala city schools in the Obote one government? A Kenyan fellow I forget the name always.  Extrapolate how in all brains that Uganda produced, UPC under Obote only found a Kenyan to head the Kampala schools. They scream for Rwandese, they scream for everyone except a Ugandan. You are all for the victims. When you clobber Acholi from politics, create a national register, and control the puke out of Mwiiri graduates, send me an Email I will tell you the number three requirement.

 

Changing Uganda is very simple as simple as trying something different for God’s sheiks  !!!!!!
