"Information was received that this unfortunate young person (Ssenyange) was training boxers who would be used by some people to attack civilians. Zebra was meant to meet me, he was an NRM supporter who was doing so much for us. I got some information of how some of the youths trained by him were involved in controversy over a taxI park in that area. The security people had gone to take in Zebra and ask him some questions. When I heard of his death, I telephoned his wife and she narrated to me the events. When they got to his home at 12:03 a.m; they knocked but people inside didn't open. Zebra was in the sitting room but instead of opening he went behind the house. His wife opened for the soldiers. His wife and son cooperated with security. Apparently, he climbed over the fence and went some distance away. He went some distance away and bumped into another security team and that is the controversy I want to conclude. Soldiers say when they stopped him he refused and tried to fight them. He was shot twice and died. I specifically decided to take on his case and I have so far found out he was killed by security personnel. I am very sorry, so sorry about this. I will bring my entire findings to the knowledge of the family. I am very sorry."
Museveni's new year's address - 31/12/2020
During the same address he went ahead to disclose how he had deployed commando squads of the army across the country and more especially in the opposition hotbed of Kampala city.
It is behind the ongoing rampage of kidnappings and forced disappearances of opposition supporters and activists.
Early this month, it kidnapped the opposition FDC's Coordinator for Greater Masaka and former international boxer, Justine Juuko. Following the pressure by the leadership of FDC, the regime has now come out to acknowledge that it is holding him on treasonous allegations. That he has already been charged with treachery and illegal possession of a fire arm before the military court under CMI. The regime alleges that he had been mobilising the youth and training them on how to use martial arts, catapaults, small arms like pistols and SMGs in preparation for the January 14 polls. It's not a coincidence that another former Boxer and National Boxing Team Coach, Ssenyange Zebra was shot dead yesterday at his home in Kampala. The assailants who were dressed in black attires, veiled with masks were travelling in two vehicles. They shot him dead 40 metres from his residence as he fiercely resisted a kidnap. Given the curfew in the city, save for security personnel, no ordinary criminal can dare drive two cars for a killing mission in the city and be able to disappear. This was obviously a political assassination (see attached photo of Bobi Wine with the deceased).
A few days ago, an opposition activist and FDC Chairman for Busega Parish in Kampala, Hajji Asuman Ssemakula was kidnapped from his residence in the middle of the night by armed men in Black uniforms. Shortly after, a vehicle carrying unidentified men appeared at the gate of Dr. Besigye's residence. One of the occupants who said was Hajji Asuman Ssemakula asked the guard to open for them. Shortly after the guard refused to open, the said vehicle sped off very fast. The victim's son, a one Muhammad had immediately sent a text message to Dr. Besigye announcing the said kidnap. Hajji Asuman Ssemakula has not yet been located but obviously he is being held by the same bloodsuckers.
As the January 14, 2021 polls draw closer, the reign of terror is intensifying and will obviously climax in the arrest and detention of opposition bigwigs immediately after close of the polls.

However, he has not not come out tclearly on the following issues;
1. At the time of his killing, was Ssenyange his NRM mobiliser or an opposition leaning offering training to the youth to cause mayhem?
2. Why didn't the security personnel go through the local leaders (area LC Chairman) in order to orderly arrest Ssenyange?
3. What kind of 'cooperation' did Ssenyange's wife render to the assailants for which Museveni is commending her? Had she not 'cooperated', would Ssenyange have managed to sneak away from the assailants? Had this Munyarwanda wife, Mukankusi all along been spying on Ssenyange?
4. What is the purpose of his confession?
The only available answer for puzzle No. 4 above;
a) Museveni realized that even the imbeciles would know that Ssenyange was killed by government. Out of panic he ordered for the freeing of the former International Boxer, Justine Juuko who had been held by CMI in undisclosed location for close to a month.
b) Forget his crocodile tears, he also wanted to send a clear message that he is ready to ruthlessly "crash" any form of political dissent.
Whatever the case, the said scheduled meeting between Museveni and Ssenyange is still on; it's only the time and venue that has been rescheduled. The two will in future meet in heaven since the former has now 'secured the future' of the latter.

Indeed, his soldiers reached Ssenyange's residence deep in the night.
As the sustained campaign to kidnap boxers and weight lifters popularly known as Kanyamas raged on, the sane night Zebra was killed, his other close associate, Robert Mukasa alias Soldier was allegedly kidnapped and his body found dumped near Bombo Army Barracks. Another boxer, Joseph Lubega alias Vegas is reportedly missing and feared to have been kidnapped by security operatives.

Silver Shadow was the company owned by two Israelite arms dealers, Amos Golan and Barac that trained a commando squad for CMI that was known as The Warriors. The same company went ahead to supply CMI with a consignment of handcuffs, pistols and Macro Galil assault riffles whose consignment was delivered by Ethiopian Airlines. The Warriors made their first public appearance during the raid on the High Court to reverse a court order but owing to their dark black uniform, the public renamed them the Black Mambas. The two men also donated to Brig. Mayombo a gold-coated pistol with his name engraved on it. It is this close association with the said Israelites that partly accounts for what later befell Brig. Mayombo. The Black Mambas who fell under the notorious Joint Anti-Terrorism Task Force (JATF) unleashed mayhem upon Ugandans.
With the USA led global warming on terror, Museveni opportunistically jumped into the bandwagon. He formed the Counter-Terrorism Unit (CAT) as a special unit under the Uganda Police the same way he had created his SFC as a special unit for the army. However, behind the scenes, CAT is a military unit whose command structure falls under his son's SFC. It is CAT that has been behind most of the security mayhem in the country including the mysterious grousome murders that rocked the central rwguon. It was active in the 2016 Kasese Massacre, the Arua bloody fiasco and the recent massacre of protesters in Kampala.
