{UAH} Chris Obote creeping back into his old self

Chris Obore: There is no laboratory where we can manufacture blood. You who is spilling that blood can't replace it. No soldier or politician however great has manufactured his own blood. Why spill the blood of innocent civilians? 

The UN and Kyagulanyi should take the blame too. Kyagulanyi should have written to the UN and tell them he was coming with journalists. The UN should have accredited the journalists too. 

The UN should apologize for taking their lives as more important than the people they claim to protect.
