{UAH} Donald Trump's impeachment filing fails to make a case for acquittal

Democrats spent the last four years going after Trump than serving their districts, the cost was a loss of about 15 seats in the house, with that loss of seats they have started this phase with again doing the very  same mistake of again not serving their districts but again going after Trump, a man that is not even in office. Come 2022 they are going to lose the entire house altogether.

 

According to all political  records we can access today, the Democratic party has become the first party to use the entire party machinery, the entire intelligence machinery, and the entire press machinery to go after their opponent, and fail to nibble even a single vote from him. Donald J Trump walked out with the very same votes if not more than he walked in with.

 

That is historical.

Trump filed a formal response to the article of impeachment currently awaiting trial in the Senate and it was about what you'd expect. Trump makes three main arguments. 

 

The first is that it isn't constitutional to impeach a president after he has left office. 

 

The second is that this impeachment proceeding violates Donald Trump's First Amendment right to free speech. 

 

The final argument claims that the single article of impeachment actually charges multiple instances of impeachable conduct and, therefore, isn't in the proper legal form.
