{UAH} INSIDE NUP VOTE PROTECTION MONEY FRAUD.

INSIDE NUP VOTE PROTECTION MONEY FRAUD.

I have read a somewhat rare long text from The Secretary general of the NUP, Lewis Rubongoya explaining the role of the Regime's spinners that assert the reasons as to why Opposition doesn't win elections. 

It is alleged that about 6 billions shillings was mobilized for Vote Protection alone and the Secretary General was mandated to ensure that agents 2 per polling station, District and Regional Supervisors are identified and deployed accordingly.

What NUP supporters were promised was Hope (Engule) and they volunteered yet their was a fund allocated.

In his euphoric explanation yet deceptive, it is easy to understand that he was trying to make accountability of the money that was meant for vote protection but never spent in other words, the money was bagged and here are my reasons.

1. Lewis claims that Supervisors in Karamoja Sub Region were all arrested.

Karamoja Sub Region is Comprised of 7 Districts, Namely; Moroto, Napak, Abim, Kaabong, Amudat, Nakapirpir and Kotido. According to Lewis, all the supervisors of the 7 Districts were all arrested. One would ask, how did all the seven supervisors get into the trap of Security? 

Let's assume during the Presidential Elections all the supervisors arrests led to the failure of Bobi Wine, Can we trace the Victory of any NUP candidates in the subsequent elections and how many were on NUP Ticket in the Karamoja Sub Region. Usually, the Performance of The Presidential Elections is reflected in the subsequent Elections, how did the NUP perform in the other Elections? 

This therefore disqualifies Lewis' lame duck accusations towards the Security forces that Supervisors arrests contributed to the loss of DR forms that could have proved that Bobi Wine won in the Karamoja Region.

2. He further argues that they identified and deployed Polling agents to about 95% of the Polling station including Kiruhura, Kazo and Karamoja. 

This is not only Laughable but it's unfortunate, why?

According to Lewis, they deployed in Agents in Karamoja, Kiruhura, Kazo as stated in his statement but forgot to deploy In Kampala Mukono etc.

When Nambooze, Abdallah Kiwanuka, Allan Sewanyana stressed their support to Lord Mayor Lukwago Erias instead of their NUP Candidate Nabilah Nagayi. In a video in which Angry NUP Youth accused the Persons mentioned above to have not produced even a single DR forms from their respective Constituencies meaning by 20th Jan 2021 at the Elections of District Chairpersons NUP DF forms were missing. 

How then can Lewis claim to have deployed Polling agents to about 95% except Kampala and Mukono as claimed by fellow party members at least who I am sure they are on ground than he is?

3. Surprisingly, his article of lies to justify that money was spent but failed to deliver by the state, Lewis does not state irregularities in Buganda where NUP won massively but concentrates his justification where NUP lost massively like Karamoja, Kiruhura, Isingiro and Kazo etc.

As guilty as he is, Lewis thinks that he can make accountability through Unjustifiable rhetoric. If an audit was caused to ascertain whether indeed that monies contributed to the cause were spent accordingly, I am sure Lewis and Co. would be headed to Kitalya or locked out of NUP.

Disturbing as it is, Lewis, a bad liar, concentrates his Unjustifiable cooked lies against security only in places where they lost, but forgets to.compliment them (Security) where they won and no one tempered with their Victory.

Lewis' deceptive and Propaganda kind of accountability should be shunned by whoever contributed whether foreign or local to further explain where and how the money meant for vote protection was spent. Self enrichment is broad day corruption.

Lies as they can't be hidden, he continues without shame to say that between 15th-20th in Kampala Operations went on to look for those who were in Possession of the DR forms and those found, they were confiscated.

It shudders any right thinking being as to why it would reach up 20th January six days after Elections for the agent to still be in possession of the DR forms moreover of the Presidential candidate as if that is not enough, in Kampala.

NUPs fraud if audited, would turn it into the nastiest in Political campaigns history given the narrative given by officials.

But again, if the DRs were confiscated 6 days after the Election, how do you explain to the Supreme court where you have lodged an election petition that up to 20th January 2021 Declaration forms were still in the hands of the Agents and it is the reason they are not your possession?
