That NUP's newly elected MP for Busiro Norths Paul Nsubuga was and is areal thief even before he became an MP
I heard People chat about him on their MTN mobile money group and that he deals with Uganda Police Force even if you file Case against him they don't bother at all.
That he stole someone's Phone and in minutes the money was withdrawn and left the phones on,the issue was reported to Police but no action taken. That many people with such cases are many.
Why would People vote for a thief if true? Sad
I actually saw this story on Top TV 12:00 non News on Tuesday 23rd 2021.
There was a CCTV footage showing the said gentlemen picking the phone, he admitted to being the one in the footage when contacted on phone.
It happened in a shop (Mobile money and phones) and was reported to police about 2 years ago.
I was utterly shocked, hopefully he will resolve that matter amicably
