Former President Donald Trump, in his first public address since departing the White House in January, will call on Republicans to unite for the party at a conservative conference in Florida Sunday.
"We are not starting new parties, and we will not be dividing our power and our strength. Instead, we will be united and strong like never before," Trump will say at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando, according to an excerpt obtained by Fox News.

The former president will also set out a "pathway" for Republicans to regain control of the House and Senate, the report said.
He is also expected to take a shot at Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), one of the House Republicans who voted to impeach him last month for his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
