BUT WHY  ALL THE SECRECY AND EUPHORIA OF DISINFORMATIONS!?!?

What is it we are not being told?

The one day he was in hospital in Nairobi. Then he was suddenly hospitalised in India and, simultaneously, he was fine and working in his office........., only to be reported dead after treatment in Tanzania?
