CRIMINAL GANG LEADER WALUGEMBE PAUL ON THE LOOSE

Security has intensified its effort in tracking down a one Walugembe Paul the prime suspect and team leader of the notorious criminal gang who was actively involved in the strings of violent demonstrations, aggravated robberies, rape and related murders in Kampala. 

Walugembe, a mafia god farther who heads a criminal gang syndicate that operates along Makerere Kivulu, Kagugube and Kiseka market was captured by security CCTV footage armed with stones while vandalizing peoples cars during the  November 2020 Bobi Wine arrest. 

According to the CID, this criminal gang take drugs in order to gain courage and confidence to engage in criminal activities. 

They operates in small groups armed with knife, machetes and they involve in kidnapping female juvenile for purposes of procuring ransom, sexual assault and human sacrifice.  

It is reported that Walugembe and group went underground after security intensified effort in tracking down criminals in the city who were planning to set major towns a blaze.
