An election can't bring  change in Uganda.  An election is for fighting for positions but not for the suffering Ugandans. 

An election can only be useful when we are organized but we failed to organize ourselves as captives. 

If we don't win the high office (presidential post)  all these other offices from mps to councillors becomes useless because if you want  your voice to be heard you have to negotiate with the oppressors. 

We must learn how to care about Ugandans other than offices if we really want to liberate our nation.
