Faded singer Jennifer Nakangubi alias Full Figure has said that NRM bloggers her inclusive were given cars like that of Bobi Wine as an appreciation for the work they did during Electoral campaigns.
Full Figure says, former presidential candidate, Bobi also received the car from the state as an appreciation for diverting Ugandans from Dr Kiiza Besigye.
The motor mouthed singer says that Bobi was Museveni's project meant to fail Besigye who was a strong competitor in the 2016 presidential elections.
"Bobi Wine should stop fooling Ugandans that the car was bought by Ugandans in Diaspora, the truth is this car was given to him by statehouse Uganda, his mission was to demoralise Dr Besigye and after successfully completing the mission, and he was given the car by the president. We all have the same car, Kusasira, Bebe Cool and I have it also and it's not bulletproof as he claims. We only have two bulletproof cars in Uganda and all are for the first family, " She stated.
In February, Bobi announced through his Facebook page acquisition of a bulletproof car registration number UBJ 667F narrating that it was purchased for him by his friends and supporters.
" There is another group of comrades who kick-started a fundraising campaign for a bullet-proof vehicle. These comrades informed me of their plan, but I thought it was an uphill task, given how expensive it is. A few weeks ago, these comrades surprised me when they informed me that they had succeeded in raising enough money for the vehicle, and here it is. I can't thank you enough," he posted.
