{UAH} WHAT IS THE MEANING OF IPOD?

What is the meaning of IPOD when the 2nd largest political party in the 11th parliament, also the biggest victim of the current political violence, was not even invited to this political dialogue opportunity. Posturing won't solve Uganda's deeply rooted political problems.
