Idi Amin was a dictator of Uganda, you know he wasn't exactly a good leader when you learn that he was known as "The Butcher of Uganda". With that, you have an idea of how terrible he was.

But the question is about manias isn't it.

This man had an obsession with oranges, he would eat up to 40 a day, but not because of the taste, but because of the "effect" they had on him.

Apparently oranges were a "sexual enhancer" and by consuming large quantities of this fruit, he was able to have longer lasting sexual relations (said by himself).
