But do you wonder why such banks are bailing out? What assurance do you hand them today that will guarantee their investment, especially at the age Museveni is today? Uganda has a very tough history of reversing everything after a presidential change, are you telling me that the Acholi to replace Museveni will protect these investments and loans getting paid? I submit to you today that if those banks hand money to Total and an Acholi walks to power, Acholi are going to loot every pipe installed at gun point then what? And I opine that we never failed to maintain Mengo exchange, you know the numbers starting with 68 and 69, we installed all of them and we had the equipment to maintain them, we simply failed for in wiring Mengo area we used aerial cables. Remember those huge black cables that were up on poles? That is what we used in Mengo than burying them in the ground. Firkin Acholi came in and were going to a shooting rampage every night in the city, guess where those stray bullets were heading? Through the cables. The moment you put a bullet through them the entire system shuts down. In fact we had another aerial cable right from Kawempe exchange all through to Bombo, to those that were using that road you remember that cable too. Firkin Acholi failed all of them.

 

Now tell me how you will run a pipe line from Uganda to Kenya or Tanzania when Ugandans know that it carries oil.

 

The second problem you have in Uganda is that you hate accountability, you do not keep record, and you have no reference to go back to. Credit cards in this country are very many and they all serve one purpose, you use it and pay at the end of the month. In fact my cards are all programed to self-pay, so at the end of the month they all walk into the account and self-pay. I wanted to get a card from Royal Bank last week for it has a perk I love. I am not a customer of RBC but they picked my application for buying a car last year, and they financed it, thus they started to track me down. They called to offer me the card I wanted, and I agreed to take it. Because they do not have financial history of me but only a credit rating, they threw me a curve ball, we need to see the payments of your taxes at least three years. Remember the taxes a Rwandan keeps on claiming I never pay? They were demanded firkin Friday. I walked to my bank and asked for all statements of every December for the last ten years, for I pay all my taxes in last week of the month. I walked into RBC with a bold chest for I had everything they needed. Last ten years when she asked for three, and if she wanted 20 years I had them. She apologized for wasting my time and told me that they will call me in two to three days with where to pick my card from. Ugandans who do you have a record on?

 

Firkin third problem. When governments leave power, you all walk on jitters and try your best not to investigate any one. Allow me to revise what I complained about in Ugandanet, why have we as Ugandans failed to investigate State Research Bureau? It was an organization that functioned in Uganda, it was created with good intention, but within that organization, it had good and bad officers. What is so wrong going in today 40 firkin years down the road and we know exactly who did what in State Research? Why is it a mission of Peter Simon Okurut to make so much noise about State Research, yet he himself undermines every single try call for an investigation into that organization. Do you realize how UPC had terrible punks like Nalongo on the Katabi UPC road block, Entebbe road, State Research had some of those very bad ass people. Men like Kalevu that used to drive a White Ford and living in Bwayiise, how many Ugandans did he put down? Can we at least investigate that? Nope for minions like Okurut use State research to go after EM and mess every cancer we would have got to understands what really happened and how we can firkin change it.

 

But how did the Kalevu models survive the take over? For they were actually firkin Rwandans, thus simply blended in that I will not be surprised today if kalevu is a senior citizen in firkin Byumba. Don’t ever think that some of us go after Rwandans like Allan Barigye for we are personal, no it is because we have a really good back ground on them, on how they show up, how they get protected and how they ended up firkin ticks on our country. Because Rwandans like Allan Barigye have been the weapon of  mass destruction in our country this long, UPC party protects them for they killed Ugandans for them, Acholi protect them for they killed Ugandans for them, UNLF protected them for they killed Ugandans for it, The presidential commission protected them for they killed for it, the entire Movement protects them for the murder for it. Today Peter Simon Okurut protects Rwandan like Allan Barigye for he attacks EM his fellow Ugandan in UAH. Look even if you know the address where Kalevu leaves today Peter Simon Okurut will never ever allow you to go after him, for Rwandans killed Ugandans for UPC party.

 

There is just so much shit on Uganda today that any sensible banking sector will never allow its self to become involved now that Museveni has aged this much.  Anything is possible.
