The New York Times published an article April 11, 2021 under headline "'Tell Us if He's Dead': Abductions and Torture Rattle Uganda"

detailing campaign of kidnappings, torture, and murder by dictator Gen. Yoweri Museveni's regime. 

Zedriga, a survivor of arrest by the regime reveals more horrific details of the torture. The Museveni junta is armed by the 

United States and also financed with $1 billion annually in U.S. taxpayers' money. Zedriga says Americans must tell 

their elected representatives "No Ugandan bloodshed with my taxpayers' dollars!"
