{UAH} WHAT DO YOU THINK?

By Denis JJuko

Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II drove to the Lubiri on Tuesday to mark his 66th birthday in the same vehicle with Nnabagereka Sylivia Nagginda, his wife for nearly 22 years.

At the Lubiri, he sat in the same tent with all his adult children; Prince Crispian Kiweewa Jjunju, Princesses Joan Nassolo, Victoria Nkinzi and Katrina Ssangalyambogo.

His siblings were there too as well as his closest friends. Some of the people who raised him and he gladly calls Aunt or Uncle were there too.

His Kingdom administrators were there too - some he has been with well before his coronation in 1993.

He spent about 3 hours at the event.

Now, you who has never met the Kabaka because you have access to Twitter and Facebook, you claim to care more about the Kabaka and his wellbeing than his wife and adult children? You care about him more than his siblings and friends? You care about him more than the people who raised him?

And you in Kyanamukaaka know better what Kabaka should eat or who should look after him?

Put your ass down, and do what you are expected to do as a Muganda — to pray for the long life of Ssaabasajja Kabaka as you have done since his coronation in 1993. Claiming that you will only pray after the Katikkiro has adressed you shows your lack of understanding of your role as a Muganda. You pray for the Kabaka regardless of how he feels.

Inboxing me mbu I will be accountable is wasting your time and cowardly.
