{UAH} Field Marshall.Museveni??

The State Minister for Defence and Veteran affairs Col. Okello Engola has asked the UPDF promotions board to elevate His Excellency, General Yoweri Museveni to the rank of Field Marshall.

Is he deserving of this new rank?
