{UAH} KITALYA CASTS A GLOOM OVER THE RECENT SWEARING-IN OCCASIONS !
Yes, it's because of Kitalya in all senses associated to it as a torture chamber prison, as a leader in initiating heavy suffering to our people, in particular the youth who are now hunted as animals, and as a quick reminder of all sad situations that now epitomize what the country is going in including the painful moments we all deeply suffered at the death of a great Archbishop and we are continuing to suffer at the miserable physical condition of an exemplary Kabaka..All this and all others of the kind are frequently recalled when the word Kitalya is pronounced! Kitalya and whatsoever is going on in that Nazi-grounded prison was enough to eclipse the long-awaited state ceremonies that witnessed the swearing-in of a president or a fake leader who took the oath in absence of a clear mandate from the people of Uganda; and eventually the swearing-in of the 528 MPs, a good number of whom are entering Parliament via electoral fraud! The rich melodious voices that did accompany the pronouncement of the rite were spiritually downed by the deep cries of the humble and innocent detainees undergoing castration, sexual abuse, all kinds of mental and physical pain of any sort which no human being can bear without appealing to Heaven for aid...Coupled with this is the wailing of dispair and and untold grief expressed by the mothers / fathers / wives/ relatives/ and friends of the abducted youths many of them will never return home as they now lie burried in unmarked graves in bushes and forests. This is the very sad moment where the logic of the gun versus the will of the people has come into real play. And the end result of it was suddenly seen in the apparent failure the current state ceremonies registered when they won a mere lookwarm aspect both locally and on the world scene. The one who swore at Kololo wasn't the one who was expected and this gave a cold spell to the many heads of state in attendance, a good number of whom are now criticised back in their countries and abroad for having engaged the good reputation of their nations into a mischievous adventure that saw the endorsement of a fraudulent exercice... that hoists to power an individual whose regime condoles the ill-treatment of the innocent youth class of an impoverished suffering country. And before the dozens of assembled high class diplomats and foreign representatives the flippant tone in the official speech was rather irksome and was a quick message to hint on what is expected in the forthcoming presidential term of office, indeed the continuation of Kitalyaique policies....especially against the youths who will never be pardoned for having massively mobilized to sky-rocket a charismatic leader and to see the real downfall of an archaic institution that draws energy from corruption, murder, senseless financial expenditure and bad economic planning, etc... And with the presence of the youth on the political scene things won't look back again in the coming young Uganda!! Things will definitely look well for the Ugandan youths who have the numbers, the intelligence, and the dynamism to move forward. Therefore speculation is rampantly favourable to them. Kidnaps, abductions, detention and murders currently going on throughout the country are a project which will fail very miserably! The youth will overcome Kitalya and will soon one day be in leadership. Silly plans to decimate the young class and to oppress entire regions won't succeed! Uganda will always remain solidly one and strong. The current political episode is just an ephemeral detail which won't dominate the nation's history. It doesn't have intelligent actors and it's based on violence and corruption, the two maladies all Ugandans are determined to dissipate into full oblivion! Kitalya may go on but with no apparent future on the horizon! The swearing-in proved that this time the major actors on the planet weren't with Kololo. Main religious groups failed to show up and the key diplomats from major power countries, although present, had no goodwill missives and warm messages to hand to the boss! This is now being interpreted as a mark of solidarity with the suffering masses of Uganda. Indeed this solidarity is a very welcome gesture to soothe with a new hope the very incredibly miserable situation the people are living in. Yet they won't lose hope! They even invested a lot of this hope in the American Navy battleship that was spotted at Mombasa Kenya a few months ago. This fiction is now winning big for the people of Uganda in whom observation sees an element of trusting to luck to find a solution to their misery! One can see how this logic corresponds very well with the countless thousands of social media tweets the well-talented youth groups have dispatched all over the globe to condemn or to praise a stand taken by such a country or by such an international organization on Uganda. This has so far been a very effective weapon that leaves the regime almost on bended knees! These young politicians have a talent almost unmatched by any NRM politician!
-- With the MPs now sworn in and ready to start work in the coming hours, can one claim to see a tough Parliament playing many cards for Kyagulanyi? It seems! And the demand for Kyagulanyi's victory is a prospect which looms large in the sentiments of many people .......
The population has equally demarcated the line of action they would expect this Parliament to tread on. This was seen in the enthusiasm that welcomed Mps Hon Mohammed Ssegirinya and Oweekitiibwa Hon Francis Butebi Zaake, among others! Masses at home and in the diaspora naturally appealed for strongly grounded MPs ready to assure the population that there will be no sacrifice of quality! To hell with anything to do with naivety and mediocrity! To hell with cowardice! And to hell with any very silly inclination to corruption and greed for privileges! Money is going to circulate in big bundles and the greedy ones will end just sleeping on piles of cash! This won't be acceptable in the eyes of the impoverished Ugandans. Caucasus must see to it that they revolutionize Parliament to serve the people and not to stand for the President's agenda. Parliament must study very carefully this Kitalya problem and must bring to justice those prison officials and warders who have committed crimes against our fellow citizens. And there must be a compensation proposed to all these innocent victims and their families! Parliament must also deal very carefully with any proposed reforms and amendments in the controversial land laws. The Buganda parliamentary caucus is expected to show wisdom and resolution in any matter concerning land laws. This Buganda issue is a compound complex problem which must be handled very carefully because anything outside that means the full desecration of Buganda where the regime is apparently taking a care-free attitude in matters regarding especially those reported illegal settlements of aliens from other countries, and to the detriment of the bona fide natives!
Good luck to Parliament! And it's our hope that the august chamber will do everything necessary to deal very bravely with Kitalya etc and not to give good room to any of those fellows who at one moment or another got involved in the murder of our fellow citizens. We all heard with great dismay a general who commanded the carnage at Kasese almost boastfully qualifying his action as having been a necessary step......Wow!! Tough days are expected ahead and the position of Parliament will be determinant for the good or for the bad! But every MP must know that Kitalya has caused tremendous damage to the reputation of the country and must at all costs be rid of as something awfully very shameful to a civilized place like Uganda!
