{UAH} Your excellency, you are right, no body can lecture you on democracy

Your excellence, receive my warm greetings to you & congratulations upon your swearing in ceremony. 

In your speech you made a very fundamental statement, where you emphasized that no body should lecture you on democracy. 

For the first time I seem to agree with you, indeed no body should lecture you on democracy! Am sure since you have amended every law on our land to favor your interests, most likely including your own books that you wrote, am sure you have your own version of democracy that you meant! 

When you were the vice Chairman of the Military Commission in 1980, you organised elections which you miserably lost, and you never accepted the outcome of your own product. You opted not to resort to courts of law but rather went to the bush, then who else can lecture you on democracy?

You took arms to fight a democratically elected & legitimate government, two months after it had assumed office & thousands of people were murdered, then who is that idiot who wants to lecture you on democracy?

You have consistently & persistently given money to MPs to amend the constitution whenever you are the only Ugandan that is disqualified to contest for President, and you have found no problem with it, what other version of democracy that those fools are telling you?

You have arrested all candidates that have ever contested with you, charged them with inciting violence, treason & many other fabricated charges, denied them media space, branded them as enemies & wolves who want to tear Uganda apart, etc and finally defeated them sometimes with as high as 58%, what other democracy are people talking about?

You have organised elections that your own appointed judges have declared unfair & fraudulent, but somehow say that the election theft is not significant enough to make the emperor naked, what other democracy are people telling you about?

You have won elections after sending billions of money to all villages for the voters to share,  launching incomplete develoment projects in the middle of campaigns, using state machinery & infrastructure to torment your opponents & somehow you are declared a winner, what other democracy are people talking about?

You have ring-fenced your seat as the NRM chairman since 1986 that no body has ever competed for your seat,  who is that one to lecture you on democracy?

You have used or deployed security to beat up people including jounalists with impunity.  When the citizens attempted to take a complaint of human rights abuses to United Nations Human Rights organisations,  with impunity you deployed security to brutalise them, in the face of the people whom they were reporting to!, Then who is telling you that shit called democracy?

Your excellency those who want to lecture you on democracy should be taken to Rwanda genocide memorial sites to see how the brainchild of NRM, the RPF practiced democracy, they should be taken for a tour to Kasese to see how you massacred the royal guards & decimated the palace when their king tried to exercise some rights, or they should go to Luwero Triangle on a tour of some heaps of skulls that decorate the area!

They should visit Kitalya prison to see how democracy is exercised or visit the cows in your home area Kiruhura District to ask them how they end up voting in a national election! Or maybe they should visit families of Ugandans who disappeared during elections & to-date have never surfaced!

Those who claim or attempt to lecture you on democracy, should he reminded that you are a Sabalwanyi (Chief Fighter), Tibuhaburwa (wisdom can't be advised), Museveni (born during seventh batalion of second world war), and so with all intents & purposes, they should try else where!
