Toronto sets single-day North American record for vaccinations administered

 

A mass vaccination clinic being held at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto has administered more than 17,004 COVID-19 vaccines as of 5 p.m. Sunday.  That breaks the previous single-high of 17,003 set back in April in Texas.  The city hopes to administer 25,000 first and second doses by the end of the day.
