This is exactly what I have raised but will continue to raise about Allan Barigye, you can simply never discuss fairly a country that you have absolutely nothing to lose but gain. Being a none Ugandan, Allan Barigye loses nothing into Uganda's failure thus he pumps its failure up. With all due respect Dr Kiiza Besigye has absolutely nothing to lose if Uganda fails, the man is a Muhororo, and Peter Simon Okurut can call me a racist all he needs, but tell me this what exactly does Besigye loose if Uganda fails? The man has a country in waiting, all these Besigye's, the Barigye's, the Muntonyera's, the what have you do you really think they will stick in Uganda if chaos heats up in Kampala? Of cause not they will head fast into Rwanda. Thus they turn Uganda into a wasted basket.  Look the man has just stated that what is leading Uganda is not a government but a gang of Mafias. Kindly allow that to sink in.

 

Really? Is Uganda lead by a Mafia gangs? Excuse me, but I have lived in this country too long and I have seen countries in Central America lead by Mafia gangs and Uganda is simply not one of them.

 

Is it a 100% good government? Hell no and that is not what I am here to attest to, leading is hard, and they have their own failures that I have listed on many times, but to stand up and declare publicly that Uganda is led by Mafia gangs, is a call that many of our friends, the Allan Barigye's the Kiiza Besigye's can throw out for as long as they need for they have a plan B. I refuse going after our country in this manner, and that is why I have on several times warned my friend Allan Barigye to leave specific topics for his contribution on Uganda issues is just destructive. That is all he has, and that is what Besigye is doing here. The man is standing in front of a street, and in the middle of all of us and declare our country as a lost case. And let me not delude myself I fear the exit of this government, but calling Uganda government a Mafia gang, I will not take it that far. That is a statement that Dr Kiiza Besigye, and Allan Barigye can make, for it is not their country and they care very less either ways it firkin goes.

 

I have lived in days where Acholi were handed paid teachers, they were handed paid text books, there were handed everything they needed to take their kids to school, money was on the table just for Acholi kids to be educated, we took phones in there, we took power in there, we gave them districts they never heard under Obote one, and Acholi detested Iddi Amin that paid teachers were left in empty schools for Acholi had seen salvation of Uganda through Tanzania. Even to today 2021 Acholi is worse off than it was 42 years ago under Iddi Amin. They have been raped, they have been camped, they have died when no one gives a F. Iddi Amin they crucified for some very un-known reason is resting in peace in Mecca yet Acholi of today are running from their own firkin shadow. When you walk into Acholi and sit under a tree with old people, they whisper the wish the Amin days came back, they detest what became of them after his exist. And yet life is never ran that way, it is about embracing what you have, take the good out of it and dump the bad out, Acholi got the good Amin handed them and threw it out to the dogs. And just for that one action, they are going to pay for it for generations to come. Acholi today have the most raped men in Uganda. Do you want me to start on Eastern Uganda where they ended up roasted like firkin Hot Dogs in train wagons? It never happened under Iddi Amin they called the worst president ever in Uganda, and as I write today, Museveni can head into eastern Uganda and kill 100 of them, and not a single soul on earth will care. That too never happened under Amin.

 

For 4 years none thinkers have spent it going after Trump, again they walked into UAH and literally served me on a dining table, I took it standing like a man, Yet the chaos we have in United States today I have never seen it in United States, Portland in Oregon is gone, just gone, now Washington is gone, Atlanta you have a real fear of your life, Chicago is calling on caskets being built faster, we have journalists taking their own lives, it is becoming a country in total anarchy. Can you imagine if they only helped the man that wanted to make America better? They are calling and calling but Mar a Lago is not responding, and let me post this too, America has nowhere to go but a total chaos. Just watch  !!!!!!!! Fellow Ugandans we need to raise up and take our country back from foreigners like Allan Barigye and Kiiza Besigye, and we need to do it today for unlike them we have everything to lose. Our country, not theirs but our country.  

 

As Allan Barigye fought with Museveni in Luwero, Dr Kiiza Besigye built the movement with his bare hands, the audacity to educate us how his own creation is a Mafia of gangs?                              Give me a firkin break  !!!!!                            -> Geee'eeeZ !!!!!

A COMPILATION OF DR.KIZZA BESIGYE's INTERVIEW WITH THE NBS TODAY's MORNING. 

 

Dr Besigye has today's morning been hosted by the NBS on their weekly talk show the Morning Breeze with Simon Kaggwa Njala. Below are some of his main assertions. 

 

"We have survived up to now by the grace of God and it's by the race of God that we hope to overcome this crisis we are in. 

 

I said, soon or later, everyone in the country will be infected with COVID-19. This is not something that requires extraordinary knowledge because this is a flue. The question is the type of infection you get.

 

What makes this virus unique is that it's new and creates more severe conditions in people. 

 

In its management, the first and most important steps we take are to reduce how it spreads so that those who get sick are not many at the same time so that our healthcare systems are not overwhelmed. 

 

Regrettably, we have mismanagement this virus and we are now reaping. I wouldn't want to deal with the failures of government.

 

Policy problems came in, trucks were allowed to move without the people in those trucks being tested. 

 

This was a grave mistake, what was done three months later to test people at the borders should have been done at the start.

 

The population lost confidence in those who were acting. We had the trucks importing and distributing the virus in areas where they stopped. 

 

The NRM primaries then spread the virus to the whole country. By the time of the General Election, Uganda had lost the fight against COVID-19.

 

Communication was and is still a problem. It's a waste of time to blame the government, if you are disappointed with the NRM government (how it has handled the pandemic) then you don't leave in this country.

 

I mobilized using the Facebook and I would raise all these points even while in those earlier stages. 

 

As people were starving and dying in their homes without health care, trillions of money were borrowed and stolen. 

 

Imagine sending 1trillion, that's 1000billions to Mr Museveni's house(of course State House is not a country asset but a personal interest) 

 

That is also part of the be money that the MPs tried sharing but were eventually shielded by Museveni, who again called them and awarded them 40millions. 

 

We must realize that as people, we are foolish and we must deal with our stupidity. 

 

The biggest problem I see is simply having masses of people that are not thinking. That is why we have a regime like we have doing the things it's doing for 35 years and we are simply lamenting.

 

Even when I came here, you heard people say that I shouldn't talk about politics and that I should only speak of COVID 19. Nonsense! This actually answers the political question. 

 

"Health care and management of a pandemic is a matter to be managed by the government. As I was coming here, people were saying that I should talk about COVID-19, not politics. 

 

That's the utmost foolishness we talk about. There's nothing more political than health because health is a common good."

 

 Simon Kaggwa Njala also intervened when Dr Besigye said that he was bitter with the government sending off school going children. Dr Besigye said that those hotspots can be managed, they can carry out mass tests other than kids going back to the villages and they affect the bazeeyi. 

 

Observe the SOPs yourself as a person. Wash your hands regularly, sanitize where many people have used, wear your mask. As an individual, you must become vigilant. These measures of reducing measures of getting the virus are important. Avoid people unless you must. 

 

A tougher lockdown would be necessary but the reason they can't lock down is that they have no capacity to maintain people locked down.

 

This is why I was bitter with the government's decision to send all students home. Schools are organized institutions that can be managed.

 

When asked about if he can consider sharing his sobber views on COVID to the government, Dr Besigye refuted and exclaimed that he doesn't consider our country to be with a government. "These are mafia gangs!" 

 

What you call the concoction are natural ingredients that build the capacity of your body to fight. That concoction is something well-considered and has been researched. I am telling you what I am because I can defend it.

 

When you have symptoms, isolate yourself because we have nowhere to test. A test in a private facility is over UGX 200,000. The government should even stop publishing those results, these statistics confuse people. 

 

Of course, many more people have died but they are talking about those who died after being tested by these few tests."
