{UAH} COVID-19 prevalent in Uganda
Folks;
I've been in Uganda since June 1. Take it from me, Covid-19 is well and alive in Uganda. The infection figures that President Museveni released over the weekend, has to be a fraction of the actual numbers.
Kampala hospitals have run out of beds and oxygen cylinders. Namboole stadium has been turned into a Covid ward. Yet, despite these dire realities, Ugandans, by and large, are treating the pandemic as a casual cold, or worse, as someone's imagination!
I'm still enjoying my holiday until July 2, so keep safe and advise relatives back home to observe the curfew and Covid protocols. People are dying.
