Don't take him seriously. Knowing the Sabiny, I doubt if he could even get closer to that lady leave alone "enjoying her" I think it's wishful admiration. 

The truth though is he never went to Italy or anywhere outside Canada throughout the COVID-19 time, even the US - Canada border where he could have driven across remains closed. Most people in the world stayed put.  Remember that Italy was hard hit, it was a hot spot,  he would not have returned alive considering that he has other underlying conditions, old age, poverty and several health conditions.
