{UAH} M7 directs URA to return Bobi's car without paying taxes

URA should explain how an impounded commodity can be released without the payment of the taxes,this is the only way it will show it's independence,,many of us have been victims of URA so this should be a case scenario for all to reclaim our impounded goods that they claim were undervalued
