{UAH} Prof. Vincent Arthur Charles Crabbe

Prof. Vincent Arthur Charles Crabbe, former Ghanaian Supreme Court Judge, was Ghana's Electoral Commission Chair. He drafted Kenya's Constitution & worked on Zambia's, was a Constitutional Advisor to Uganda & advised on creation of South Africa's Constitutional Court. He passed away at the ripe age of 94 in 2018.
