Media personality and the newly elected Mayor of Bunamwaya  Akugizibwe Jacob aka Jacob omutuze says Ugandans at this very time  need no ambulances they instead need things that will accumulate money in their wallets

I see  Mps mostly of Nup buying ambulances and bragging about it. This not an achievement you can't be given 200m and still keep it on your account yet people need Covid19 medicine

People are in their desperate times so buying an ambulance clearly shows you want them to get sick and die instead of providing ventures that will let them endure through this difficult times
