{UAH} WHY DID RWANANS LIKE ALLAN BARIGYE END UP IN LUWERO THAN EASTERN UGANDA? -> Just asking !!!!!!

On many times Peter Simon Okurut has preached in this forum how Rwandans like Allan Barigye have stayed in Uganda for a very long time thus when they loot our country dry we must never go after them, I will not address the silliness of the statement for I have already done that in many styles, what I need to target today is the heart of Peter Simon Okurut, is he a good man that just loves Rwandans that deep or he is just out of the common sense approach? If Peter Simon Okurut really loved the Barigye’s that deep, why were they never in Eastern Uganda but in Luwero? Rwandans lived in our land and farmed our lands there was never a single Kasisira of a Rwandan in Eastern Uganda. How does the Mwiiri graduate explain that love that only plants or planted Rwandans in only Luwero than in his own neighborhood? Well let us go back into that history. By the way even as the Barigye’s are looting our country dry today they are not in Mbale they are still stuck in Buganda, and the land tracks they are taking are in Buganda than firkin Katakwi. There are so many reasons why Rwandans only stayed in Luwero. and tonight I address the food specialty in Luwero district.

 

To understand the Luwero food specialty you need to know the types of food we had in Luwero, and to put my point across I have to use some Luganda terms and in so many ways thus hung on for the rough ride. Luwero had two types of food, Emere and the none Mere. The only food that was classified as Emere was Matooke. Everything else that people ate in Luwero was a none mere. And we had a whole whack of none Mere. For example Amatooke bagawaata, you never Kuwaata Lumonde for it is not Emere, Lumonde is not actually a true Luganda name, the real Luganda name of Lumonde is actually “Emy’ola Mbwa” For Lumonde is actually a pet food that we were growing to feed Dogs. And we do not Kuwaata Lumonde  for it is not Emere, we “Okusalasala” Lumonde. Muwogo is not a people’s food we actually grew it to feed Pigs, for we had a whole lot of pigs in Luwero, and we do not Kuwaata Muwogo for it is not Emere, we “Okutematema” or “Okusalasala” Muwogo. Now when I use a term we never ate none food in Luwero, we went as deep as marriages failing in Luwero, for the husband came home and a woman fade his kids with none mere. Yes it was such an offence that ended marriages for you dare never ever feed my kids none Mere. When you look at other Buganda regions like Buddu, it was even illegal for a Muganda to own a cassava tree or a Lumonde on his Kibanja. Do you own a Pig or a Dog?  Nope.  Then explain the net value.

 

But we had two other characters we were very hard working people, we went to the gardens every morning, at age 12 I owned my own Lumonde plantation, yup she wakes you up and trains you to Okutema ebikata before you go to school or your life is in real danger. That hard work made Luwero a region of plenty of food that we never used, I remember days when we dug Muwogo out and just destroyed it for it had over grown its self, and we planted new ones. But we were gracious people that we had a policy that we never sold food, no it was illegal in Luwero to sell food to any one, if you were hungry, you came in picked up how much you needed and feed the kids for free. Food must never be sold.

 

That enormous food supply bundled together with those good characters, made Luwero a good home for the Allan Barigye’s, and we agreed to live together for we had the food and they had the hands, lazy as they were, for the manual labor we required.

 

When you look at Eastern Uganda, kids are never trained to grow their own food, remember how I was trained to make bikata at that young age? Most 5 year old in Eastern Uganda are trained to drink Ajono. And that laziness is what pumped many of them into UPC party to get free things, free food, free education, free housing, free clothing, free crap storages, thus the only solution as they grew up was coming to Kampala. It is very strange that until when I left Uganda into Canada, I never lived in Kampala, nope it is not my thing, and I needed my life to be private for I had kids and we bought land in Luwero, built a home and that is the very home we have ended up expanding today to a Lubiri that my mother lives in. At age 15 a kid in Eastern Uganda starts to map out his/her way to come to Kampala. And when they show up they never go back, to a point that in 2021 when they fly to Uganda they stay in a Kampala hotel and import in the oldies from Eastern Uganda. When you look at them today they are the best users of Gomesi. Easterners will never hand you food for free, they sell it, in fact we have watched trucks of trucks with food being ferried to Kampala, they destroy their trees to make charcoal and trucks and trucks ferry them to Kampala.

 

By the way as The Allan Barigye’s screwed our district we have started to sell food too these days, I have started to se it but by far all food we were growing was to eat. Either by our kids or by our animals.

 

With that history Luwero became the best place where Rwandans like Allan Barigye can take refugee, we used them for labor and we paid them with both money and free food. It was not free food, for in the morning a Rwandan would dig for his pay, but in the afternoon he dug for food, which we called Okusaka emere. The afternoon digging was never measured, you see the morning digging was based on how many yards you dug, {A yard was a long stick measuring 12 steps} and you had to go with him and measure the yards in length and width to decide how much money he is going to earn. For food we showed them where to dig and told them to dig as much as you can, when you finish go and dig out as much Cassava as you want, take it home and cook for yourself. But we added this too, after you pluck that Cassava out of the ground, cut the tree in small pieces and get one of them, bury it where you have got the cassava from. And you walk away with a small whisper in your head “That is what you are going to eat next year you Damn ass !!!!!!!” Rwandans that had lived for many years had picked up on that habit, always a Muwogo must be replaced in the ground for future feeding. And we both lived very fine thank you.

 

Historically Peter Simon Okurut’s land has been in hunger, no matter who leads the country, UPC none UPC government, they have so many kids and they are a bunch of lazies, thus they waste such a fertile land and the little food they have is the only source of income, there was simply no way for the Allan Barigye’s to dwell there. Some of those families had real serious problems to feed their families, international organizations have been out there for ages, when I have never seen a single international organization truck of food agency in Luwero. By the way even if you brought it in, we would laugh at a family that eats it for you have failed to provide. That is why you never saw a single Rwandan moving to Eastern Uganda, that is why you never saw Peters keeping them. Thus this protection you see of we love Rwandans and they are our friends for they have lived in Uganda for a very long time, is based on our hard work, our generosity and our gratitude. That plenty of food is what has actually worked against Luwero for the war to be created in our district, we had a very stable supply of food. Would you fight a war in Peter Simon Okurut’s region? And feed the fighters with what? Firkin Ajono  !!!!!!!

 

That is why some of us believe that we have every right to raise the danger of Rwandans like Allan Barigye into our country, we have a long back ground with them, and when we raise the danger we have seen among them against our country, some of you have to listen. But it is stupid, and yes I know that is a very tough language, but it is stupid for you to stand up in 2021, and claim that I am a racist when I have accepted Rwandans, to live in my land, to earn a living, to go home visit their family, and come back when the Kasisira is still intact, worked as their bank for we kept their money till the day they will travel, allowed them to shit in my land, and all for free.  And you as a man that never accommodated them today standing up and calling me a firkin Racist, when you stood nowhere to be counted when they needed a home. Your own political party UPC was in power sir, and when Rwandans like Allan Barigye called you refused to respond, policies were yes made in Kampala, I totally agree with that,  and Rwandans showed up in our neighborhoods, but those policies never worked out where they will live or how they will live, Rwandans like Allan Barigye survived due to our good heart. A good heart that even those that were born in camps as Paul Kagame in Masindi ended up in Luwero.

 

And you are standing up today in a forum and calling me a racist for I have raised the danger of Allan Barigye a Rwandan to our country? What a firkin laaaaarge  !!!!!!!!
