Cuba's Abdala vaccine is  being administered to citizens. Away from the relentless propaganda targeting Havana by Washington, Cuba is a giant in manufacturing medical products. It exports medical workers and medicines. In fact, the first shipment of the jab to a foreign country was to Venezuela one week ago.
