{UAH} FRED LUMBUYE IS A STATE OPERATIVE

Today, morning I watched Lumbuye and was really amazed by the confidence and the steady flow of his lies – he's a real mufere! Throught, he was referring to M7 as the former president of Uganda (Omumpempe Yoseri Tibuhaburwa mutabani wa Karekezi eyaliko pulezidenti wa y'Uganda).
Let not Lumbuye lie to you that the state is looking for him. He's a state operative, pure and proper. Regime propaganda can no longer be done by the likes of Tamale Mirundi because everyone knows them. It has to be someone unknown with a larger social clout. Lumbuye gets information from our intelligence services and airs it. When what he had talked about happens, he attracts a large following that has trust in him. Trust is the most important asset here. After several "predictions" that come to pass, they will use him to blackmail some politician who they want to hit.
For instance, this week he said, BW was going to be arrested at the airport on arrival from abroad to cause a protest and then a military coup would be made. He said the master planners of this project were M7, his wife, his son, Saleh, Amama Mbabazi and Besigye. The inclusion of Dr Besigye is aimed at making people think that he's working with the junta and should thus shun him.
Propaganda is not easy to detect unless you are steady and careful. When you follow someone, get a notebook and note down the main points from what he's saying particularly the events, names and dates. When he makes another talk, do the same. Then when he's finished, compare the notes. If there are discrepancies, that person was lying.
Lumbuye has all along been saying Besigye should never call himself a doctor because he never went to Makerere, that after senior six he went directly to the bush. He does not attach years. Yesterday, he said Besigye killed his mother; that after learning that his mother was pregnant when his father had died years back, that he left Makerere University (the university he's been saying Besigye never went to) and went to his home village where he found his mother digging in the garden and kicked her to death. Dr KB's mom (RIP) died in 1973 when Besigye was a teenager and in S3 or S4, not at Makerere. This rumour was cooked in State House in the 2001 campaigns but if fell flat. Now M7's intelligence has picked again from their archives and given it to their new mouthpiece Lumbuye. People, be careful with Lumbuye! He's a state operative.
