NRM's Moses Byaruhanga has been Ssegirinya's handler and through him he got the Red passport and he used to sponsor all his trips abroad.
Ssegirinya Spied on FDC and Dr Kizza Besigye for almost a decade, He did it for Kayihura and Saleh,he is also currently a source of information for the junta on all the activities in and outside opposition.
