{UAH} IS THIS A RACIST SOCIETY?

As Abbey Semuwemba use his forum to preach to our children how racist are these societies, I need to raise what happened to me as a black man in this society. For a very long time I have changed cars every two years. I can push for a third year in some very few instances, but one of the requirements of my job, I must not own a car past two years. About 2012 I decided on a single model to drive. One car one model and one car dealership. So I made it easy that I do not even go for a drive test, I just call and inform them that I need the model, and it has to be the high end model, they make it ready and I walk in just to drive out. The last about three cars, I did not see them until when I came to pick them up, for the model and color was decided on phone call or an Email, I am that comfortable.

 

2020 about July I picked up a new model and continued on with my life as I do every day. Last March in the middle of winter while driving in Chicoutimi Quebec at night, the transmission of the car gave up on me. It just wobbled when I was in middle of the high way and I had to pull over. I had under 7,000 KMs. And that is very unusual. Because it was a new car the manufacturer had an insurance to tow it to the dealership, but because this was Quebec, in that province they have an attachment that it has to be the nearest dealership an attachment we don’t have in Ontario. I was not leaving my car in Quebec and I was not handing it to a dealership I do not have a relationship with. I instructed the guy to tow it to Toronto and gave him a credit card number, the rest I will deal with it when I am in Toronto. The manufacturer sent me a rental first thing in the morning for he is supposed to do exactly that, and I drove back to Toronto. I looked at my dealership manager’s face and I asked him when he thinks I can get my car back, the response was in months for we are in the middle of a pandemic. About three weeks ago, yes since March, about two weeks ago, my transmission had been replaced and the car started to run again. And I have driven a rental all along that they are paying.

 

After they handed it to me, my heart went right back into the forest in Chicoutimi where the car broke down in the middle of winter and I refused to drive it. I just refused to drive the God damn car for I am not comfortable with it. So here is the deal, I am going to reject that car, right now I need a 2021 of the same model and in this color. Because there was a lien on the car, the insurance company was informed that the car is not drivable in March, so its rates were clobbered, but through those notifications, the lien holder whose my insurer as well was also talking to the manufacturer and demanding to know how long it will take to get me the car and out of the rental. The color I needed was not here it had to be ordered out of Mexico. Which is complex due to the pandemic. About last Friday night or Saturday morning there about the car arrived, and a couple of steps are being done right now to be put on the road.

 

I wish I would post the Emails the letters the phone apologetic phone calls, and notifications that I have watched going through the system, from the bankers, to the insurance, to the dealership, to the manufacturer, to the car rental, to what have you. There is no recall on this model both in Canada and United States, and there is no problem with its transmission, why this particular unit behaved that way it still in the air, and they are combing it to figure out what went wrong here for it to break down before the first transmission fluid change, and I am remaining with the very same model let us see how this one will be. Every one has been very apologetic, to a point that when this car arrived, the dealership informed the bankers, and the financing was approved before I was told that the unit was here. I was just told that the unit was here and the banker is approving an application at zero percent interest and open, if I wish to continue using them. I had an option of refusing to use them but the offer was on the table. Before I applied. Thy did not need an update on my profile, they just used the one they had and an approval was handed to the dealership, if EM wants us we are available.

 

Friends, all this did not happen for the bank knows me, there is no manager in this bank that knows my face, I do not know their faces and I do not know their names, thus there is nothing like this is Abbey Semuwemba and we know him. I have a relationship with the bank but that relationship is actually based on a computer system, I know my car dealership manager but I do not know the manufacturer, and likewise he does not know me, it is his computer that knows me. The insurance that towed it, the insurer that insures the vehicle its self, does not know me, their computer knows me. Within this entire saga I have suffered from for months, not a single human being knows me except the dealership manager. And yet everything was worked out and I got a service that every Canadian receives, with all apologies that every Canadian receives, and all accreditations that every Canadian is entitled to.

 

Abbey Semuwemba where the hell was the part of racism against me, for the last time I checked I am a very handsome old black man !!!!!!!!!!!!!
