{UAH} Mafias never sleep.....

By Daniel Tumwine

The funny thing is that in Uganda, when police suspects you've committed a minor traffic infringement, the first thing they do is remove the "tracking digital" number plate....

I assume the number plates can't be forged, right?

Anyway, this is the same company that:

1) Was given the same job in 2019 and failed to deliver

2) Has no website

3) Whose so called CEO has no single digital presence

4) Was (unsuccessfully) bidding for an oil refinery in Zambia the other day

5) Currently applied for bankruptcy

6) Has never had managed a contract of more than USD400,000

We all know how this goes. From the fictitious Nakawa Estate investors, to the suposed Arab Prince who displaced Shimoni you can name a whole litany of bungled up projects that the citizenry paid for.

And that it is Jim Muhwezi spearheading this activity is an insult to poor Ugandans

We haven't started on the privacy implications of such a silly idea.

This will be dead in the water with millions wasted. And they will say we are haters.
