I am starting with good day, we have so much rain in this city and we need all of it and more. As I continue to raise the red flag of Allan Barigye playing a Ugandan card, I need you to understand that Rwandans as Barigye have taken the exact path of Peter Simon Okurut, never ever document anything on a paper.
