{UAH} NUP's Kimbugwe needs mental therapy

Before he exposes his ignorance, someone explain to NUP's Kimbugwe that Eng. Winnie Byanyima works for UN. When she has issues to raise with the 'President' she together with UNAIDS Staff meet him like you can see in the picture they took with him (M7). Kimbugwe should be informed that the meeting was about UNAIDS work in Uganda and especially on helping people access Aids therapy. Therefore, It was UNAIDS meeting Museveni and not Winnie Byanyima.

Does Kimbugwe know the woman on Museveni's left? Does he know her role in UNAIDS office Kampala?

Well, what I don't know is if it's true that she met Barbie and Bobi Wine in the statehouse on that day like Kimbugwe is alleging.
