{UAH} PLE 2020:Bushenyi Municipality emerged overall best

PLE2020
Jinja City ranked 20th while Jinja District was ranked 80th in the just released PLE 2020 results.
Bushenyi Municipality emerged overall best while the usual overall best of;
1. Wakiso (Split between Kiira, Entebbe and Makindye Sabagabbo), took 12, 13 & 16th positions respectively.
2. Mukono took 14th Position and
3. Kampala took 17th position ,
